Shipping & Returns

 

 

Choice Of Products

  • Find the products that you are interested for using the search engine or from the various thematic pages. By pressing the button [Add to Cart] located near the product that you are interested for you will add it in your electronic cart.
  • When you finish choosing products press the button [Checkout] which is found in your screen and you will be asked to choose the way of payment and shipping method.
  • Without the data necessary for billing (Tax, VAT, Name, Work Phone, Address), we cannot serve you, because we issue an Invoice and Delivery Note.
  • Alternatively you may place your order by :

  • The working hours of Technostore are every day from 09:00 until 16:00 .
  • Orders received by any of the above mentioned ways, confirmed by telephone and then sent.

Payment Options

  • Cash only: However, you have to bear in mind that the only way for us to send you the products is by mail and therefore you have to collect the items from your local Post Office where you will also pay the fees of shipping.
  • by bank transfer or CashOnDelivery (CashOnDelivery, only for already customers, except if diferent indicated).
  • The shipment cost and cash on delivery charged to the customer.
  • For orders of more than 60 euros in Attica their mission is done at the expense of Technostore and delivery during working hours.
  •  Bank transfer: If you deposit into our bank account, you can choose how to send your goods freely in any courier and transport by bus or on invoice amount over 60 Euro net value.

 

Shipping

Technostore has assured for you the best methods of shipping products, collaborating with the Geniki Tahydromiki, the Greek Post Office (ELTA), the busses (KTEL) and with ACS Courier.

Shipping of products can be done only in Greece and in all the countries of European Union.

During the completion of your order you can select the desirable way of shipping and you can be informed for the cost of each way of shipping separately.

Products that are immediately available are usually dispatched the next day from the day you place your order.

Regarding the availability of products in Technostore you are informed through the relative thematic pages. If a product is not available and you decide to order it, it will be sent to you when it becomes available, you will also be informed by email and asked if you agree with shipping in later time. You will not be charged absolutely nothing if you place an order of not immediately available product. You will only be charged when the product becomes available and only if you agree for shipping it during later time. In case where an order includes available and not available products we will ship only the available and you will be charged only for them. For not available products you will be informed according to the above process.

  • General Courier (Geniki Tahydromiki): If you select shipping with Geniki Tahydromiki, the products that you have in your order will be sent with Geniki Tahydromiki. You will receive them the next day of shipping from Technostore. We use shipping with Geniki Tahydromiki only inside Greece. Requirement is to transfer the proforma-invoice amount, in our bank account together with the freight forwarding costs, according to the General Courier price list.
  • Post Office: If you select shipping with GREEK POST (ELTA), the items that you have in your order will be send with the Greek Posts. You will receive them after 2 to 5 days, from the day of shipping, from the postal office of your region(Greek Customer). Requirement is to transfer the proforma-invoice amount, in our bank account together with the freight forwarding costs and cash on delivery value, according to the rates of ELTA (Unable to ship 30 days before Christmas and New Year).
  • ACS Courier: If you select shipping with ACS Courier, the products that you have in your order will be sent with ACS. You will receive them the next day of shipping from Technostore. We use shipping with ACS Courier only inside Greece. Requirement is to transfer the proforma-invoice amount, in our bank account together with the courier costs and cash on delivery value, according to the rates of ACS. If you are a customer in ACS Courier, you have to prepay the invoice, but not the courier cost and the cash on delivery value. In this situation we need your ACS customer ID.

Returns

Officesys.gr via TechnoStore respecting your right to change your mind for your purchase accepts the return of any product that was bought from Technostore, for a period of 7 days from the date of receipt, with the condition that the product is unused, and it is contained in its original packing which should not be opened.

  • The expenses of returning the product to us are exclusively yours.
  • In case where a product that you received is defective from manufacture, then Technostore will replace or repair it.
  • If the product received is not faulty, then returned to you with possible control costs. (according the manufacturing company).

The Officesys.gr via TechnoStore, supporting e-commerce enables you, via the completeness of descriptions which display its pages, enjoy direct contact with the products available on the screen of your computer, quickly and easily.
But wanting to meet even more of our customers, to highlight the benefits of using the Internet in our daily purchases, we offer the possibility of returning goods. Below we present the conditions and ways to return non-defective products.
Return Terms

1. The date of receipt of your order to the date of application for reimbursement not to exceed 7 calendar days.
2. The packaging is not compromised and is in its original (factory) state.
3. Products not manufactured exclusively for you.

Return process
We were informed by telephone or e-mail for your willingness to return the product, before sending it.
1. If you receive via courier
1. Pack the product in a larger box to be protected during shipment.
2. Place inside the package that you create a document that indicates how you want to resolve the outstanding economic, when the product appears likely to return.
3. Send the parcel through the courier agency from which you received your order, account Returns Department.
Please note that the return costs are charged to the customer.
In this case:
We would like to point out to you that in the event that the product does not meet the above requirements will be returned to sender with charge.
